What we collect

- Order data — shipping address, items, payment status (not card numbers).
- Uploads — photos and text you submit to customize gifts.
- Usage data — pages visited, device, anonymized analytics.
How we use it
- To fulfill orders, generate animated gifts, and ship physical products.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- To improve the product and detect fraud.
- For marketing only if you opt in.
Photo uploads
Photos you upload are stored privately and used only to produce your gift. We do not train AI models on your photos. You can delete uploads at any time from your account.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service — payment, shipping, hosting, email — under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@mementos.gift.
