Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be 16+ to create an account.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and reproduce them solely to deliver your gift. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
Prohibited content
- Photos of people without their consent.
- Hateful, sexual, violent, or illegal content.
- Trademarks or copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
We may refuse or remove orders that violate these rules and refund as appropriate.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is captured at order placement.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or retire features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
