Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over €50 ship free within Europe.
Duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import duties or taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window plus 5 business days, contact support@mementos.gift. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship if confirmed lost.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can edit it only while the order is still in "Received" status.

Animated and digital gifts are delivered instantly via share link as soon as generation completes (usually under 2 minutes). No shipping required.
